Greetings Campers, Guests, Neighbors and Friends.
Just like Queensland - Camp Somerset is GOOD TO GO!
As of the 25th June, Camp Somerset is operating under the COVID Safe Checklist: Restricted business, which is great news for guests of Camp Somerset being able to take one more step towards normal.
There will be a number of locations where the Queensland Check-in App will be posted around our venues and we ask that if you can, to use this Queensland Government Check-in method for contact tracing purposes. There are significant mobile reception issues around our region and our site, so Camp Somerset will still be collecting contact information through our booking system, which will be uploaded as requested by the Queensland Government, therefore, all visits relating to a booking will still need to be pre-registered.
Thank you also for your support and co-operation throughout these difficult times and we apologise for the unavoidable inconveniences. Camp Somerset upholds the right of refusal to entry and/or Service to clients who refuse to comply with the conditions of the relevant COVID Safe Chesklist and Site Specific Requirements as required for the group type and by entering the property the client/visitor is confirming that they have not in the last 14 days:
-
Had any COVID-19 Symptoms, such as cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath.
-
Anyone of the same household had any COVID-19 Symptoms, as mentioned above.
-
Have been in contact with any confirmed/suspected COVID-19 Case.
-
have travelled overseas in the previous 14 days (unless travelled on a quarantine free flight)
-
have been to a Queensland declared COVID-19 hotspot or to a Queensland declared Interstate/Qld Exposure Venue in the previous 14 days.
We continue to pray for God’s leading and protection and we know He will remain with us all at this challenging time.
